“Gluck Building Company has worked with Arron Latt and his firm, Project Management Collaborative, on numerous construction projects. Most recently, we performed as General Contractor, on a large multifaceted retail project located on a major thoroughfare in an affluent neighborhood. The project presented numerous substantial challenges, including many onerous governmental requirements, challenging waterproofing conditions, limited access, lack of staging area, voluminous construction documents, numerous project consultants, unresolved drainage and traffic conditions, etc. Legal counsel, representing the ownership, became aware of the complexities involved and recommended that Project Management Collaborative be engaged to manage all aspects of the entitlement and constructions processes. Mr. Latt and his staff quickly became conversant with all facets of the project. They soon presented schedules and systems and procedures that organized the construction tasks as well as subcontractor, and material supplier invoices. Mr. Latt utilized his many long-term relationships with the personnel in City Planning, Public Works, Building & Safety, and other city departments to procure the required permits and other entitlements in a timely manner. This allowed the construction to progress in a fully efficient manner. Project Management Collaborative’s accounting staff was invaluable with their compilation, review and approval of the hundreds of costs involved. With the involvement of Mr. Latt, and his firm, this landmark project was completed on time and in the most cost-effective manner. I highly recommend Project Management Collaborative as a significant asset for any construction project.”

I have had the pleasure of working with Arron Latt and Project Management Collaborative for at least two decades including on large “ground-up" residential projects, retail projects and industrial/warehouse projects. PMC approaches its projects with a team mentality while protecting the owner’s interests every step of the way. From organizing the design and construction teams, confirming insurance coverage of all consultants and contractors, reviewing Applications for Payment, schedules for deliverables, long lead items and overall project completion, running project meetings and overseeing project close-out, PMC does it all. Having PMC as your project representative is like having your own in-house development team. As I frequently counseled clients, just like a good tax lawyer, a good owner’s representative can save an owner more than the fees it charges. It is my pleasure to recommend PMC to anyone undertaking a significant construction project

On behalf of my several clients that have engaged your fine firm for the purposes of inspection services and due diligence efforts in the acquisition of existing real estate or construction projects, I would like to make the following comments. PMC was retained, generally, at the very outset of a project, to confirm, comment or develop budgets, review and comment upon the various construction contracts, procure permits and employ all necessary experts and expeditors, where required, in coordinating with various City Administrators, as well as overseeing the entire construction process. At all times and in all aspects of your employment the dedication of you and your staff was obvious in your concern with your objectives which were always centered around ensuring that the work was completed on time, in a proper and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the agreed budget. For the forgoing reasons I will continue to recommend the use of PMC to my clients for their acquisition and construction projects.
All the best,

In my position at US Bank as the Regional Real Estate Portfolio Manager, Wealth Management Division, for the Southwestern region, I had over two decades of experience working with Arron in his role as a project manager of numerous real estate projects over those years.
From his assistance in obtaining bids, drafting plans, and engineering, to obtaining permits, drafting, or reviewing bids, and managing and auditing budgets, Arron's ability to provide his wealth of knowledge and experience in the oversight of projects both small and large was invaluable. He brought his skill and expertise to often complex and intricate projects -- such as real estate assets involved in Court Appointed Special Needs Trusts, where a client's physical disabilities or medical conditions necessitated individualized remodeling and construction conforming to ADA requirements. And he regularly exceeded expectations of his role, applying care, foresight and attention to detail for each project from the very beginning stages to the complete end -- even going so far as to assist in the selection of an appointment property more suitable to a client's needs, and overseeing the inspection of assets during the "Due Diligence" period.
The importance of Arron's proficiency, accomplishments and experience was evident from our first contact, and throughout our years of work together, as his endeavors were critical to bringing value to our clients.
