Project Management Collaborative is a small veteran owned construction management company founded in 1957. Since then, PMC has managed many successful projects including High-end residential, commercial, and Industrial projects throughout the Western United States.
PMC will analyze your project requirements, identify all project needs, and then guide you towards project appropriate and qualified consultants, contractors and other specialty trades needed to begin your project and see it through to occupancy. Within the services offered by PMC, we will provide programming, contract negotiation, administration, and overall collaboration with each consultant and trade necessary to execute your project.
PMC’s goal is to represent YOU, to get your project completed in a timely manner and within budget. Knowing that changes and unforeseen issues can arise, we strive to take everything into consideration, as no detail is too small, before construction can begin, thus avoiding costly change orders and delays. PMC will meet with you and/or your consultants and contractors on a regular basis throughout the construction process, in order to ensure good communication and comprehension of the scope of work required.

Whether your construction project has been completed or is currently in progress, PMC can perform a financial audit and coordinate inspections of the completed work if it becomes necessary. We also coordinate “Due Diligence” Inspections and Forensic testing to determine existing property conditions, giving our clients “peace of mind”.
