When the roof structure in our building located on South Mission Road had failed and collapsed, the insurance adjusters were offering an unsatisfactory settlement; Arron Latt was hired based on a recommendation by an esteemed colleague. Arron evaluated damages and repair costs and guided us through negotiations with his extensive knowledge of the construction industry and associated costs. We were able to settle for over one million dollars more than the adjusters had offered. We avoided litigation and were able to move forward with the project to build two new buildings from the ground up.

After we had hired a developer to provide a design and build project, against Arron’s recommendations and the construction contract costs were established, we had Arron Latt provide his analysis of the proposal. Arron informed us that the costs were at least one million dollars in excess of the industry standard costs. We then had PMC put the project out for bid with several general contractors and confirmed that the developers costs were one million four hundred thousand dollars in excess.

PMC remained on the team until the completion of the project. The project was completed well under the original. Developers proposed cost.

By enlisting PMC’s services, we saved over two million dollars. Next time we get involved with a project of this sort, we will hire PMC immediately and follow their recommendations without hesitation.
